My first school goal is to concentrate more in class so I can get more work done.
I will achieve this by if someone starts talking to me I will just ignore them or tell them to be quiet.
I will know I have achieved this when I'm not behind in work.

Berts, I'm not sure this is a school goal. It is about you being tidier, which is self-management. But there is nothing in your term four goals about anything curriculum related (eg. writing, reading, maths, etc.).
Can you please have a think about what is important and revise all your goals?
